Welcome to Hole-In-One Ranch
During the Fall and Winter seasons we will be scheduling deliveries at various places throughout the Reno/Tahoe area. We will also be making delivery journeys into the Bay Area and Sacramento Valley as warranted by demand.
To make an order, you'll need to first determine the delivery location and time which is most convenient for you. If you don't see a good option you can check back in a week or two as there are windows of time for ordering that open and close. Usually, we allow orders a couple of weeks in advance of the delivery date, and then we have a cut-off date a couple of days in advance to allow us to put the orders together. If you don't see a location that is convenient to you, please feel free to contact us directly.
First off, if you have any trouble ordering please call the ranch at 530-253-7804 and someone will get back to you. You may also send us a note at: firstname.lastname@example.org
When you begin placing items in your shopping cart, our system will prompt you to login. If you're a first time customer, simply fill in the new customer form and continue. If you're a returning customer, login with your email address and the password you choose. If you're forgotten your password, use the forgotten password link on the login to instantly retrieve your password.
The information you provide is totally private. We don't share it with anyone. We need it so that we know who you are, where you are located, how to reach you, and how you want your food delivered. Please take a minute to provide complete and accurate information. It will help us serve you more efficiently. You only need to provide the information once if you put it into your account rather than on each order.
Each scheduled delivery has a set ordering window -- the time when you can place orders. The schedule shows the window for each location. Our system will only let you place orders when that window is open. IMPORTANT: Before ordering you must choose a delivery location - even though there may only be one choice.
To see the products we have available at this moment, simply click on any product categories to the left. There is no minimum order size. You can order anything you see listed. Quantities are limited to what you see. Our shopping cart is set up to keep track of available inventory. The inventory is immediately reduced every time an order is placed. We make every effort to keep our inventory current, but there will be issues from time to time. We'll do our best to fill your orders.
Naturally, our inventory is changing all the time, and our supply of certain cuts is limited by nature's design of animals. We need to market all the parts, and everything we sell has healthy and tasty applications. It's all in knowing what to do with them. We can help you with that, if you have questions - a "Beef Emergency"- as we call it, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When your order is completed, a confirmation message will appear indicating that your order has been successfully submitted. If you do not see that confirmation, then your order has not been received. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you don't get it, be sure to check your spam folder. It should be there somewhere in your email account.
IMPORTANT: Most items are priced by weight, so you won't know the exact weight or price until we make up your order. However, our shopping cart system is designed to put in an approximate weight. In most cases, the final total price will be close to the shopping cart total price. When we complete your order, and:
- If you choose to pay by cash or check your order will be totaled for final payment at the time you pick up.
- If you pay by credit card your card will not be charged until the final weights are entered. Many times that will be at the time of pickup. If this is done before your pickup date, the resultant final pricing will be sent to you in an email and you will receive a receipt from the credit card company.
Orders can be modified at the pickup location upon request - and pricing can be easilly adjusted.
